Returns Policy

Floati Pty Ltd take the best possible care in selecting and packaging your products. In the event you need to return your item(s), or for change of mind returns, please contact our Floati Team via email, to arrange a return (if eligible).

All returns enquiries must be received by Floati Pty Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery. A Floati representative will contact you within 2 business days, after receiving your email, to discuss the returns process for your product(s).

If your goods are eligible to be returned for a change of mind refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee will not apply to products deemed by Floati Pty Ltd as faulty.

Item(s) must be returned in original, unopened, resaleable condition, as was originally delivered, including receipt of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for any or all shipping costs associated, unless deemed faulty by Floati Pty Ltd. We recommend you use a trackable service when returning your order to us, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Floati Pty Ltd will refund your money the same method you purchased your item.

Floati Pty Ltd may not be able to offer exchanges, in the case that the same stock may not be available at the time, however, we will arrange for a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns process, so that we can refund your product(s), allowing you to choose the product(s) you wish to purchase.

Please Note: special/custom orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

If these return requirements are not satisfied, Floati Pty Ltd reserve the right not to offer a refund for change of mind returns.

Faults

Goods sold through Floati Pty Ltd come with a six (6) months manufacturer warranty on Immersa products, against defects from the date of delivery from us, however you may still be protected under consumer laws beyond the warranty period.

This warranty against defects does not apply to defects or damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, exposure to excessive heat, abuse or damage or defects caused by events that are out of the control of Floati Pty Ltd. If you discover a fault or manufacturing defect, please cease using the goods and contact us at info@floati.com.au immediately, so that we may address the issue promptly.

If the product is deemed by Floati Pty ltd to have a fault, postage expenses relating to the return of your product will be refunded to you. using the same original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do.

Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer guarantees have no set time limit but generally las for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.

We will accept goods for return and refund after assessment if an item has a major problem, where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • The product does not work as described for its intended purpose.
  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.

If you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, your refund will be issued to you by your original payment method for the goods.
